• We offer our clients traveling insurance (health, luggage and cancellation), for attractive fees.

• 'Kosher Holidays' travel agency reserve itself the right to change the prices, at any time, without prior notice.

• Extra 3% surcharge is required with credit card payment.

• 'Kosher Holidays' travel agency is not responsible for the level of service provided by the hotel and/or flight and/or boat operators.

• Rates exclude flights, insurance, trips, entrance fees and tips, unless noted otherwise.

• All expenses concerning cheques refused by our bank, will be paid by the cheque owner.

Flight reservation:

• The passenger is responsible for checking the passport validity.

• The airline charter and regular companies reserve themselves the right to change the flight times. 'Kosher Holidays' travel agency has no control on these changes.

Cruise reservation on the 'Magic 1':

• Kashruth certificate is for weekdays only, not including Jewish holidays. Should the Kashruth certificate will be removed, for any reason, passengers will be noticed in advance, and will not be charged for cancellation fees.

• The passenger is responsible for checking the passport validity.

• Cruise operator may change the route and schedule, at it's own judgement.

Cancellation fees:

Immediately after making a reservation, the passenger is submit to cancellation fees. Unless noted otherwise, cancellation fees are as follows:
Until one month prior departure: 50$ (registration fee). Until 3 weeks prior departure: 25% of total price. Until 2 weeks prior departure: 50% of total price. Until 1 week prior departure: 75% of total price. Less than a week prior departure: full payment.
Days counting is by work days only (not including weekends and Jewish or Christian holidays).
